Product Returns
Returns are accepted provided that:
If you wish to return the products you purchased from our online store, you should notify us in writing at info@mythosbooks.gr with the subject "Product Return Request" stating the date/number of the purchase document as well as the reason for the return within the above deadline. To avoid your inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, to identify any obvious defects (e.g. damaged books, etc.). The provisions of the civil code apply to dealing with defects or lack of agreed properties in the sold items. For a property to be considered contracted, it must be certified as such in writing by both parties.

This Agreement does not affect any customer rights provided by law.
Right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994
In addition to the product return policy, the customer has the right to withdraw from long-distance contracts according to Law 2251/1994 within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation and to return the products he purchased and to request a refund of his money only in case that the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been tampered with and is accompanied by the legal documents (receipt, invoice, etc.). The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the products to the customer or to a third party other than the carrier indicated by the customer. Consequences of withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from the concluded contract, the company will refund all the money received from him, within 30 calendar days from the day he receives the returned products. The company will perform the above refund using the same means of payment that the customer used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. The customer must send back the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day he declared that he is withdrawing from the concluded contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if the goods are sent back before the end of the 14-day period. In case of withdrawal, the customer will be charged with the corresponding cost of returning the goods, except in cases of return to a physical store as well as the cases in which the wrong products or products with real defects were sent due to the company's fault, in which case the company assumes all costs of transporting the old and new product.
